Born in Konya in 2000, Mehmet Reha Koçak completed his undergraduate education at Konya Technical University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Continuing his master's degree at Necmettin Erbakan University in the field of Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave, Koçak focuses his academic studies primarily on artificial intelligence-based prediction algorithms.

During his university education, he actively participated in various competition and project processes, mainly TEKNOFEST and IREC, and consolidated his technical and organizational competencies through these experiences.

Serving as the Business Development Unit Manager at Konya Science Center between 2023 and 2025, Koçak currently continues his work as a Coordinator at the Kapsül Technology Platform.

Contributing to field setup and organizational activities in TEKNOFEST processes, Koçak supports the development of the national technology ecosystem on a local scale as the T3 Foundation Konya Provincial Representative.
