He was born in Balıkesir in 1990. After completing his undergraduate education at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, he received his master’s degree from Balıkesir University, Department of Biology. Currently continuing his doctoral studies, Tanaydın works in the fields of ethnobotany, biological activity, microbiology, and plant morphology. He conducts scientific research, especially on the traditional use of local flora.

Since 2021, he has been a member of the academic staff as a lecturer at Balıkesir University Altınoluk Vocational School, Department of Crop and Animal Production. In addition to his academic duties, he serves as the Head of the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights and Contracts Unit at the Balıkesir University Technology Transfer Office (TTO), managing university-industry cooperation and innovation processes.

Continuing his technology and society-oriented studies as the T3 Foundation Balıkesir Provincial Representative and TEKNOFEST Advisory Board Member, Tanaydın contributes to the vision of the National Technology Initiative. With a sense of social responsibility, he also supports the development of young football players by serving as a board member for a local sports club.
