Culture and tourism represent the valuable reflections of accumulated wealth through the encounter of diverse societies over centuries. Today, information technologies play a decisive role in the development of these two significant concepts.
The goal of the competition is to encourage the emergence of new projects that will develop the rich cultural heritage, tourism potential and culture and tourism activities of Turkey and TRNC by using smart and innovative information technologies.
All high school (including Open Education) and university students (including Bachelor's, Associate's, Master's, Doctorate and Open Education) and graduates studying in Turkey, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and abroad can participate in the competition.
The evaluation stages of the competition include:
- Preliminary Evaluation Form
- Project Presentation and Video (Semifinal)
- Prototype and Final Presentation
Templates for the reports required from competitors will be announced later on the TEKNOFEST website or through communication channels.
