 Today, underwater technologies are of strategic importance in both civilian and military fields. Scientific research, exploration of natural resources and security operations in the depths of the oceans are among the key factors shaping the development of these technologies. The increase in the number of underwater operations around the world in recent years has led to the need for underwater systems to become better equipped and more powerful. In this context, the development of underwater technologies and the training of competent engineers in this field will play an important role in taking innovative steps in the sector.

Organized for this purpose, the Underwater Rocket Competition expects participants to design autonomous systems suitable for underwater conditions. The competitors will have to design the underwater rocket launch vehicle in line with the given scenarios, and perform the firing sequence correctly. This process will provide the participants with significant gains in terms of both technical and design capability. At the end of the competition, the designed systems will contribute to the development of autonomous navigation and navigation algorithms and pave the way for the production of indigenous, domestic underwater systems.
 
Application Deadline March 15th

The Underwater Rocket Competition is open to applications from all higher education (associate, undergraduate, graduate) students studying in Turkey or abroad, and applications for the competition continue until March 15. While the competition offers a platform for future innovation leaders to develop innovative solutions in underwater technologies, successful participants will also receive important
