We are a passionate group of Thai students in Japan. We woulo proposahe project that will help people around the world. The number of global deaths due to natural disasters in a few recent decades is calculated to be an average of 0.1% of total death in one year, with a maximum of 0.4%. Although these horrible situations are unpreventable, we can reduce the loss impacting unfortunate people more efficiently. These statistics inspired us to become a help in these situations. We are interested in conducting research that would assist the community by utilizing the satellite images together with the solution idea of "Light out Puzzle", a game solved by linear algebra, to find the optimal location for establishing Disaster Relief Center and also the minimum number of them. We consider various factors, such as the population in the city and the supply capacity of the Disaster Relief Center. This could lead to less loss caused by natural disasters, especially earthquakes, tsunami, and flooding
