TEKNOFEST, the world’s largest aviation, space, and technology festival, will be held in
Şanlıurfa, a city renowned for its thousands of years of history and deep-rooted civilizational heritage, in 2026. Taking place at
GAP Airport between September 30 and October 4, TEKNOFEST 2026 will bring science and technology together with millions at Şanlıurfa, the zero point of history.
Standing out each year with its renewed competition categories, TEKNOFEST once again hosts the world’s largest prize-awarded technology competitions. Applications for the
TEKNOFEST 2026 Technology Competitions, which will be held across
52 competitions and 127 subcategories, will continue until
February 20.

At TEKNOFEST 2026, technology competitions will be organized in
52 different categories, including highly popular fields such as the
Rocket Competition, Agricultural Technologies Competition, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Competitions, Steel Dome Air Defense Systems Competition, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Competition, and Secure Satellite Communication Competition.
In addition, differing from previous years, the
Electronic Warfare Competition, Advanced Autonomous Systems Design and Operation Competition, TEKNOFEST Mining Technologies Competition, FPV Drone Tracking Competition, and Technologies for the Benefit of Humanity Competition will be open for applications for the first time, offering technology enthusiasts new horizons and powerful experiential opportunities.
