The opening ceremony of TEKNOFEST began with a parade walk in the festival area, featuring speeches from the Chairman of the TEKNOFEST Management Board, Selçuk Bayraktar, the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacır, and the Governor of Adana, Yavuz Selim Köşker. Following their speeches, the executives of 128 supporting organizations were invited to the stage, marking the official start of the event.

Festival attendees admired the colorful and exciting aerial displays. After the opening event, Selçuk Bayraktar spoke to the press, highlighting that TEKNOFEST is not just a festival, but a youth movement aimed at shaping a safer, more peaceful, and prosperous world for children. He stated, "TEKNOFEST is about change and hope. We proudly come together again in the 7th year of the world’s largest technology organization, TEKNOFEST. Since 2018, we have organized technology competitions in 27 different cities. We welcomed participants from 81 provinces and 120 countries."

In his speech during the festival opening, Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır emphasized the trust in youth on Turkey's technology journey: "TEKNOFEST is a reflection of our faith in the youth of this country. In this grand event held in Adana, we see once again that our young people have the potential to shape the technology giants of tomorrow. Here, we witness the emergence of Turkey's new technology brands. You are building the future of this country as a society that produces, not just consumes. The fire that started in Adana will spread across Turkey, creating new success stories."

Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger expressed his pride in Adana hosting TEKNOFEST and highlighted the city's technology investments: "As Adana, we are proud to host this major organization. TEKNOFEST not only allows our youth to showcase their creativity but also strengthens our steps towards becoming a technology hub. The industrial history and dynamism of our city are now merging with technology. The projects carried out here will make a significant contribution to Adana's technological future."

TEKNOFEST in Adana features aviation shows, technology competitions, science workshops, and seminars, inspiring participants of all ages interested in technology. One of the festival's key features is that it provides young people with the opportunity to showcase their projects and meet experts in their fields. Visitors can participate in various activities related to unmanned aerial vehicles, robotic technologies, and space exploration.

As part of TEKNOFEST Mediterranean, the festival is being held at Adana Şakirpaşa Airport from October 2-6, featuring many firsts. The program includes unforgettable events for participants of all ages, ranging from aerobatic displays in the sky to advanced technology simulations, scientific workshops, and immersive exhibitions.

This year, the TEKNOFEST Champions League is being held for the first time, bringing together Turkey's most successful technology teams. Taking place from October 2-6 at Adana Şakirpaşa Airport, this prestigious competition will see teams battling for a grand prize of 500,000 TL. Teams producing technology with principles of justice and compassion will engage with each other within the technology ecosystem, enjoying the excitement of the competition. Over the three-day TEKNOFEST Champions League, a competitive and friendly atmosphere will prevail among teams showcasing their skills in surprising categories. The most successful teams, as evaluated by expert jury members, will qualify for the final day of the competition.
