Considered among the priority areas of TEKNOFEST, the world's largest space, aviation and technology event, of which TÜBA is a partner;

1- Technology and Design (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Autonomous Systems, Robotic and Mechatronic Systems, Modeling and Simulation Technologies, Energy, Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Technologies, Technologies for Air, Space and Unmanned Underwater Systems),
2- Information and Communication Technologies (including Cyber ​​Security and Cryptology),
3- In the fields of Education, Health, Agriculture and Ecology Technologies and Biotechnology;
4- In the field of Social Sciences, which includes the subjects of International Relations, Development Policies, Educational Approaches, Security Policies of the National Technology Movement; "TÜBA-TEKNOFEST Doctorate Science Award" was created in order to reward doctoral theses written and produced from our country.

Authors of YÖK doctoral dissertations, which include topics related to the thematic program announced every year by TÜBA for TEKNOFEST competition areas, can apply individually for this award. Applications will be made digitally. In addition, applications can be made by the candidates themselves, as well as suggestions can be made by TÜBA Members, YÖK, TÜBİTAK, TÜSEB and University Rectorates.

Within the scope of the award, doctoral dissertations on the subjects listed among the priority areas of TEKNOFEST will be evaluated through scientific evaluation processes, and the thesis author for the first place is awarded 50,000 Turkish Liras, the second 40,000 Turkish Liras and the third 30,000 Turkish Liras.

Candidates, application form, reason for application, Turkish CV, national and international scientific activities, full copy of the thesis, YÖKSİS registration information of the thesis and the list of publications from the thesis, the purpose of the thesis, scientific ethics permission, the method of the thesis, the stakeholders of the thesis, the institute information (thesis is carried out) The applicant can apply with the certification that he/she has worked and carried out in institutions in Turkey.
