The TEKNOFEST Agricultural Technologies Competition, a platform for groundbreaking ideas that will shape the future of agriculture, invites young talents to create technological solutions in plant and animal production as well as aquaculture. It fosters projects based on information technology, mechanics, electrical-electronics, and software, promoting the integration of sustainable agricultural technologies into production processes. With a focus on efficient resource use, enhanced product quality, and minimized environmental impact, the competition aspires to lead the digital transformation of agriculture.
Additionally, the competition seeks to strengthen the agricultural ecosystem through advancements in agricultural technology, with a particular emphasis on smart farming applications. Participants are expected to develop projects that enhance agricultural processes, support sustainability through technology integration, and offer innovative, eco-friendly solutions.
Winners in the high school category will receive prizes of 70,000 TL for first place, 60,000 TL for second place, and 50,000 TL for third place. At the university and postgraduate level, first-place winners will be awarded 80,000 TL, second-place winners 70,000 TL, and third-place winners 60,000 TL.
