The authors of YÖK doctoral dissertations, which include topics related to the thematic program announced by TÜBA every year, can apply individually in the fields of technology and design, information and communication technologies, education, health, agriculture and ecology technologies and biotechnology, as well as in the fields of social sciences including international relations, development policies, educational approaches and security policies. Applications can be made digitally.
The TÜBA-TEKNOFEST Doctorate Science Awards Competition, organized to encourage, support, and reward doctoral theses originating from our country, allows participation in various subjects.
Within the scope of Technology and Design; Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Autonomous Systems, Robotics and Mechatronic Systems, Modeling and Simulation Technologies, Energy, Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Technologies, Technologies for Air, Space and Unmanned Underwater Systems, Information and Communication Technologies (including Cyber Security and Cryptology) are among the subjects that can be applied. In addition, Education, Health, Agriculture and Ecology Technologies, Biotechnology and International Relations, Development Policies, Educational Approaches, Security Policies of the National Technology Initiative are among the contents that young people can participate in the competition. In the award program, where doctoral theses will be evaluated through scientific evaluation processes, the first thesis author will be awarded 75.000 TL, the second thesis author 60.000 TL, and the third thesis author 50.000 TL.
