The Future of Personal Aerial Vehicles and Cargo Drones is Being Designed at TEKNOFEST TRNC

Since the late 21st century, aviation technologies have been developing rapidly, and today they are bringing revolutionary innovations such as personal aircraft and cargo drones to the agenda. These technologies, which offer potential in many areas such as civil aviation, logistics, health and safety, have the power to make transportation faster, safer and more environmentally friendly. In order to accelerate developments in this field, more research, simulation and innovation processes are needed. The Flying Car Simulation Competition aims to develop autonomous flight systems and strategic control mechanisms. 

The Flying Car Simulation Competition, organized by CEZERİ, offers participants the opportunity to develop autonomous flight systems, sustainable air transportation solutions and strategic control mechanisms. Participants will compete to contribute to the future of modern air transportation by creating solutions through critical scenarios such as cargo transportation, emergency services and passenger transportation.

All high school and university students (including Bachelor's, Associate's, Master's, Doctorate and Open Education) and graduates studying in Turkey, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and abroad can participate in the competition. Participants can apply individually or in groups of up to 6 people. 

As a result of the competition, the first prize winner in the high school category will receive 100 thousand TL, the second prize winner will receive 75 thousand TL and the third prize winner will receive 60 thousand TL, while the first prize winner in the university and above category will receive 120 thousand TL, the second prize winner will receive 100 thousand TL and the third prize winner will receive 90 thousand TL. The competition, which will bring together young engineers and designers to realize the aviation technologies of the future with the flying car simulation competition, will not only offer the opportunity to win prizes, but will also provide participants with the opportunity to create career opportunities in the aviation sector and meet professionals in the sector. 

The application period for TEKNOFEST TRNC Technology Competitions, which will host participants from all over the world, ends on January 15.
