About the Competition

The aim of the competition is to encourage participants to contribute to science-based knowledge and technology production through research projects, thereby supporting our country's National Technology Initiative and the development of qualified human resources.

The competition is open to associate and undergraduate students currently studying in Türkiye and the TRNC during the application period.

The evaluation process consists of two stages:
  • First Stage Evaluation (Preliminary Review)
  • Second Stage Evaluation
The competition comprises 9 different categories. The categories are as follows:
  1. Smart Cities and Transportation
  2. Information and Communication Technologies
  3. Education
  4. Energy and Environment
  5. Food and Agriculture
  6. Machinery Manufacturing and Automotive
  7. Health
  8. Defense and Aerospace
  9. Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship
