Within the scope of the T3 Foundation, TEKNOFEST Club and Istanbul Medeniyet University collaboration, and under the coordination of the SKS Department, a summit was held on “Generative Artificial Intelligence and Its Societal Impacts.” The event brought together academia, industry representatives, and young participants on a common platform.

The panel was moderated by Ali Ramazan Tak, while the panelists included Hakkı Kılınç (MÜSİAD – Digital Technologies Sector Board Chair), Mustafa El Aliwat (Pasifik Technology – General Manager), and Ömer Faruk Dural (Turkcell – Artificial Intelligence Manager).
Throughout the event, it was emphasized that generative artificial intelligence is not only a technological transformation but also a powerful paradigm reshaping social structures. Topics ranging from education to business life, from ethical discussions to production processes were comprehensively addressed, highlighting human–machine interaction, data usage, and the importance of domestic technologies.
Students had the opportunity to interact directly with experts in the field, gaining a multidimensional perspective on the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
As one of the key stops of the National Technology Summit, Istanbul Medeniyet University once again demonstrated its strong position within the TEKNOFEST ecosystem.
